Do you think we should give monetary incentives to the KP2 students to motivate them to get better grades?

There is no easy way to achieve something in our life. How far we would go to achieve our goal? This question should be asked to ourselves and it would then determine what kind of a person we are. As a student, we are entitled to the word ‘study’. KP student is someone who gets a low grade for their CGPA which is below 2. Once the student fail twice they will put themselves into much more trouble as they could be forced to as they do not show any improvement and fail for the third time. Correct me if I am wrong.

So, should the KP2 students receive some monetary incentives to motivate them to get a better grade? Perhaps, people might think this would be a good idea. For me, I do not see it that way. Success comes from our own desire to achieve great things. It is a false concept if we imply this move towards the students. As a person, we should work hard and earn success for our own pleasure. There is no need of hoping to get something in return as a reward of our success. What would happen then if there is no longer incentive being given to further motivate them?  Would they be able to continue working hard as they should be? A good job in the future and to have a wonderful life would be just enough to motivate them and serve as a reward for their hard work.

Perhaps, we should replace money with something else that could help the student in their study. We should consider making extra classes so they could have a better understanding of the subject that they have learned. Use the money for the incentive to pay the lecturer who is willing to hold an extra class for their students instead of giving the money to the student itself. Students will feel appreciated by the willingness of the lecturer who would love to see them succeed.
Lastly, if the student gets the money, they might not spend it wisely. They will enjoy themselves and the money will be wasted. As a teenage person, they tend to spend the money on unnecessary things which is no good for them.

All I can say is that money cannot buy success. The only way to succeed is to work hard like everybody else in this world. We all have the same opportunity to succeed. What makes us different is how far we would go to achieve great things in our life.
