Every single person in this earth is born as a leader. They are leader for themselves, their family, their community, and also for their country some time as well as we know. For each of that lists element surely need a good leadership as a condition for success. Belong to western philosopher, they said that the great leaders are not born, but made. For support their theory of philosophy, they build a “school of leadership” just only for make a great leaders.
The questionable play around our mind, it’s that we got a same level of ability to become a greatest leader? All such things happened. Back to the schools point, the potential children will be choosing. They start choosing a children that have full ability and criteria that they need. That is no longer will produce first class person, second class person and third class person. That mean, first class person as a leader that have all such things criteria and condition that they needed. This person will get everything they want; they will become spoils people for the “G” means government (regime).
This ugly tactical work may be controls by the “Hidden Hand”. Second class person also known as “middle class people” is a person that failed to join elite children as “the chosen one” by the G. So these children will survived and make themselves for any other ways of work, some of them will involve on industrial sector, and other will involve in cooperate sector. Others try to make easy ways by join uniform organization such as police, army and so on. Not forgotten them that join the G as white collar workers.
The other last class is a third class person, they is a people that very poor looks from their aperients until on their ability of leadership. They have nothing to prove, their voice will not listen at all by the G (also known as a first class person after). Their voice like rubbish becomes too smelly if not dispose. This lower class person just makes their money by work as a beggars, sweepers, garbage collector, and hawker. One level above is a fisherman, taxi driver and farmer. This was made because of that school. The discrimination of that system will produces this hierarchy of class, not be wrong if I label it same like a pharaoh era if we alert! The hidden hand will select which up next become leaders after the beginning leaders.
Islam comes to make a new version of life, new version of scope and a new version of eyes. That mean, all wrong matter will be fight and all wrong statements by human will be counter. Islam as a “Din” means “religion” in English is a simple ways of life. Islam make the ways looks straight and peaceful. Belong to Islam; there is a different meaning of leaders. Islam said, “great leaders also will be born”, but not easy to make”.
For support that statement, let’s think this hadith from Prophet Muhammad S.A.W,
“Greed and Faith can never co-dist in human heart”

The summary of that hadith, means that the positive attitude and negative attitude will never join together like a magnet, they are pushing each other until for ever. So, inside human heart there are only choose either good or bad things. All over this word wants to prove that every single person was born as a “Muslim” an Arabic word means “fair and clean”. That mean, they (human) not born for sin. Sin will happen when they think and want to make a wrong and sinful character and work.
The point is, every single person is a leader for themselves after born. But for make them to get another class of leadership (from self’s leader into family’s leader for example) they need another strong tonic to make it successful. This tonic will be plant by “positive character” inside them. This character beat all challenge among them. This character also will be produce when they know and followed the law. Remember! There is no law greatest then God’s law. Islam mentions that God’s law just only inside the holy Quran. These books are telling us a manual how to make this life better and great.
The famous last word, the grateful leader like Abraham, Moses, David, Solomon, Jesus and lastly most familiar human in earth, Muhammad is just born and selected by God. They are not study at school, then up teaching manually by God by using Holy Books for each of them.
